Generation of 2D drawings from 3D models

DMU Clash clearance

Building the PSN structure in ENOVIA VPM and Validation of models against the company standards before initiating action for drawing release

Generation of Material schedule, Stock size, Part attributes, MS sheet attributes, Drawing sheet attributes through VPM (BOM)

Generating & managing Project Slips, Change notice & Higher issue drawings through VPM

PROJECTS

PDB Fairing for Main Landing Gear Door – Navy (LCA-TEJAS)

Involved in 3D modeling of the parts in the region of interest.

Sub Assembly and Main Assembly of the modeled parts.

Generating partdrawings and Assembly drawings.

Preparation of Project slip.

Alternate Design for Main Landing Gear Door – Air Force(LCA-TEJAS)

Involved in the 3D Modeling (Surface & Solid) of the components using CATIA V5 which are sent to the downstream for stress analysis, component fabrication, etc.

Generation of Part drawings (Metallic and CFC), Sub Assembly, Main Assembly and Installation drawings.

Checking and clearing the DMU clashes.

Interference studies were carried out for MLG Door Assembly.

The Manufacturing drawings were released in Enovia.
