CryoLife is the 2nd largest tissue heart valve company in the U.S. They also provide veins and medical devices to adults and children around the world.

Administrative Clerk in Field Assurance

*Responsible for maintaining the complaint file room, scanning each complaint folder to a PDF file and linking the information to files on the computer. Maintained all the records for a U.S. product recall creating binders for all hospitals in all 50 states, recording the product inventory needed for replacement. Scanned each binder to create a PDF file and linking the information to the computer. Interacted with all departments notifying them of any new information after a complaint file was closed to verify that no changes needed to be made to their initial reports. Attended weekly tissue and device meetings taking notes and distributing them to the attendees. Assisted in all administrative preparations for an FDA audit which we passed in March.

Wheeler Reporting Company is a court reporting firm that supplies court reporters to law firms. They also provide videographers, interpreters and video conferencing.
