Description

Medium-chain triglycerides are generally considered a good biologically inert source of energy that the human body finds reasonably easy to metabolize. We prepare MCTs by conventional, ultrasonic and microwave irradiation method. By comparing various parameters like temperature, molar ratio, catalyst conc. Etc we find that microwave irradiation is efficient method for synthesis of MCTs.
