Project managed IT Investment Services Division key strategic Financial (Investment Banking Vendor Interface, Wealth Management Portfolio: Trade Processing, Treasury, Account Conversion, Equity/Capital markets), Accounting (General Ledger, AR/AP) applications and software development (ETL, Business Intelligence, Reporting Rewrite) projects to enhance platform solutions and direct the efforts of cross functional team members for 25 projects adhering to FISERV’s SDLC (Waterfall) Methodology. Projects managed to date have generated more than $100M in revenue.
Created and maintained project schedules through MS Project for each project by identifying and monitoring project timelines, project milestones, tasks, resources, estimates, task dependencies, and critical paths.
Provided project status including weekly time reporting, monthly resource forecasting, monthly executive reporting, issue management and risk prevention/mitigation.
Monitored and tracked projected performance, time allocations, cost, and quality by constantly evaluating project progress and conducted regular team status meetings. All through MS Project and Sharepoint.
