Indexing included both batch number and invoice batches often times requiring the use of multiple computers at the same time

Retrained to be a part of the Centricity system transition

Document scanning duties were added after the transition to Centricity. The different types of documents include daily cash, FAPs, and non-forms.

Trained to use the KEANE and Accurint systems to determine and correct addresses for returned mail.

Enjoy bowling and have bowled on leagues around Charleston for over 30 years

Served as the Head Coach for the youth bowling league for 15 years at Triangle Bowling Lanes. This meant the supervision of many children and the planning of the many trips that were taken for tournaments.
