SUMMARY

I’ve worked in various jobs where I was exposed to harsh conditions and long hours exceeding 10 a day. I have extensive knowledge of various computer programs such as word, excel, SAP, and LMP. Most Positions I have held are in management but I worked my way to those positions and not afraid of the physical aspect or starting from the bottom. I have received several Production Awards such as Gold Coins, certificates by deputy commanders, and safety awards.

EXPERIENCE

11-18-2013 to Present

Warehouse Specialist Lead, Patricio Ent.

As the Lead I run our B.E.R. (beyond economical repair) building, I am responsible for hiring, licensing, gaining access to our systems for employees. On top of the employees I am in charge of the B.E.R. process all together, we service all of CCAD ranging from 10 to 18 shops on a daily basis. Since my arrival I have implemented and stream lined a process that would normally produce 40 crates of material a year. Within my first year my team has processed over 100 crates and has completed a backlog of 737 pallets, while maintaining the everyday work load we receive on a daily basis. Since being here I have promoted two individuals and still maintained a high volume. I have received numerous awards from Patricio from safety, recognition for performance, to a Bronze award from our corporate office. Along with those I have also received a Gold coin from An Air Force Commander for saving thousands of dollars on our new process and a Gold Coin from my Deputy Commander For exceeding expectations on our contract. I have a Haz mat certification from the DoD (department of defense).

Production Supervisor, L-3 Communications

As a production supervisor I oversee two Directorates and manage 104 employees across the depot. I am responsible for enforcing company policy and procedures on these employees and giving out all disciplinary actions when necessary. I also ensure that my employees are within all osha and NAS safety guidelines. I issue monthly trainings to keep safety records up to date. Lastly as a production supervisor I have weekly meetings with my teams to communicate with my employees any changes occurring or accidents and near misses. As a production supervisor I was also assigned to manage and distribute P.I.T. (roll lift and forklift licenses) certifications. I would conduct class room training as well as 3 hours of hands on training. As a supervisor I was also entrusted with PPI information that was confidential to the work force, As well as being part of the hiring, disciplinary, and terminations process.

8-2005 to 8-2009

Product Process Supervisor, Best Buy

I was responsible for morning paperwork including Negative quantity report, Daily shipping report, Negative sku report, and weekly counts. I was in charge of all products coming in and exiting our store through store transfers, store send backs, and DDC returns. I would manage 7 to 15 people on all trucks and insuring that the truck process was a smooth process that was done in a timely manner. I was also responsible for weekly schedules for my department.
