Senior Systems Engineer

Currently supporting all 3rd level administration, management and incidents as the senior systems engineer of Active Directory. Managing group policies, logon scripts, patch management, and antivirus. Work closely with related teams for seamless support of applications and networking for continuity working with storage and back-up teams. Manage our virtual server environment on VMWare, ESX. Previously worked with MS Exchange 2010, Unified Messaging, Instant Messaging (Lync), SharePoint, Symantec Enterprise Vault as well as the lead engineer for the electronic fax environment using RightFax 9.4. The environment consists of the datacenter and DR locations. Was directly involved with Exchange migration with vendor including eradication of .pst files which were migrated to the enterprise vault for legal and compliance. Also, monitor and manage trouble ticket queue ensuring SLA’s are met on a timely basis.

Major accomplishment to date was during the post hurricane disaster recovery ensuring all systems were up and running with little to no down time, which was successful. Recommendations that were put in place are still in effect today.
