During my 20-year naval career, I accomplished 6 deployments aboard U.S. Navy aircraft carriers. I accumulated more than 4,600 hours of safe helicopter flight operations from shore-based stations as well as various types of maritime units. Flights included more than 1000 hours of unaided night time operations as well as more than 800 hours using the aid of Night Vision Devices. Operations included, but not limited to, Antisubmarine Warfare, Search and Rescue, Combat Search and Rescue, Special Operations Helicopter Support, Fleet Logistics, and Vertical Replenishment and Flight Operations around aircraft carriers. I completed multiple tours serving as the command SAR Standardization Petty Officer as well as a tour as a Rescue Swimmer School Instructor training surface rescue swimmers at Jacksonville, Fl. I have participated in multiple Search and Rescue efforts both over land and in a maritime environment. I operated technical equipment that used LASER, RADAR, Global Positioning Systems, passive and active SONAR and the analysis of sound propagation through a medium, Low Light Amplification systems, and Magnetic Anomaly Detection technologies.

As Airport Operations Manager I was responsible for ensuring strict compliance of the airport to State and Federal agencies to include airport improvements/maintenance as well as safe operations on the airport and in the airspace associated with the airport. As Testing Center Supervisor, I designed and built to specifications, a testing center for the Ferguson Aviation Academy. I coordinate with Laser Grade LP to proctor required testing for sponsors such as The FAA, FCC, and TSA. I also ensure all proctors, records, and files were current and maintained in accordance with the respective agencies.

As a Rental Supervisor I was responsible for the conduct for 2 technicians and 1 wash rack personnel. These personnel were responsible for the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of 150 pieces of rental equipment. Maintenance included detailed inspection of equipment for damages occurring during rent as well as compiling detailed reports in order to effect repairs; troubleshooting, and making moderate levels of repairs to equipment. Responsible to ensure proper disposal and storage of expended hazardous materials used in the maintenance of equipment.

As a Technical Manager at a Capture Development Center I am responsible for developing contract proposals in response to Government released RFPs in the areas of Environmental, Safety, Health, and Training. Sometime during the 2011-2012 timeframe DS2 was sold to PAE (Pacific Architect and Engineering. I served in the same position as I served while at DS2, the dates of transition from DS2 to PAE are very hard to determine as there is still a transition being performed. PAE closed the Pensacola Proposal Center in February of 2015.
