QA/QC Experience:

Provide observation throughout a project and provide documentation of work performed -

- observe, perform, and document Hold Point inspection. Perform field/shop testing for Pre-Blast & Blast Cleanliness, and Coating application

- in accordance with SSPC, NACE, ASTM, ect. Observervation and documentation of job progress and adherence with specification Inspection of underground and above ground structural steel, pipeline Air, Gas, Water, Steam, Food Grade and Marine coatings. Instalation of Cathodic Protection test stations, Annode's, recording Potential, Cad Welding/Inspection

Application Experience:

- Using inspection equipment and methods to ensure proper preparation and application and installation of coating systems, from fabrication to in-service use.

- Project oversight, maintaining schedule, working with contractor and Company to produce quality job within time constraints.

- Inspection of Cathodic Protection test station installation, verification and testing Potential.

- Daily reporting, Logging and documentation of progress and adherence to specification.

- Produce good workmanship in accordance with projected standards and specification.

- Using the tools of the trade - Airless, Conventional and Electrostatic sprayers, brush and roller; including hand lettering and pinn striping.

- Performing sandblasting and distinguishing between blast cleanliness levels

- Application various types of coatings: powder coating, exetrostatic coating, epoxies, urethanes, plural component, varnishes, oil, ect;

- Training in multiple and various safety procedures
