I obtained my Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Not only did I focus on my academics, but I also was a part of the school’s dance team. This taught me the importance of staying focused, because while I was on the team, our school came in first (twice) and second (once) in the Ontario Secondary School Dance Competition.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Journey’s – Co-Manager (January 2015 – June 2015)
As the co-manager I meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance, all-the-while directing and motivating the employees to do the same. I also supervise the daily operations of the store while the store manager is absent. Here, I continue to build on my customer service experience and learn more about the handling of a store’s finances.
Lake Louise Holdings Co. ltd. - Assistant, Lake Louise AB (July 2014 – October 2014) I was the assistant of the owner of the Mountain Restaurant, Javalanche Cafe and Husky gas station. In doing so, I have learned how to do inventory, and how to better multitask when it comes to switchboards and data entry. Also during this time, I was held accountable for doing the daily cashouts and tipouts, which resulted in me better understanding accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Wal-Mart - Customer Service Department, Leamington ON (November 2011- June 2014)
I was awarded the Employee of the Month for my “outstanding customer service”. I have trained a handful of the cashiers. Every six months I go through the intense computer-based learning process Wal-Mart offers to stay sharp. Also having worked here I have better learned to deal with customer-related issues, and to maintain an enthusiastic attitude.
McDonald's - Culinary Associate, Windsor ON (January 2011 – August 2011)
Having worked in the kitchen of such a fast-paced environment, often by myself, I learned to hone my organizational skills by keeping the kitchen systematically controlled. This is of vital importance because this helped to improve my time-management skills; to output the orders being made as efficiently and correct as possible.
Mac's Milk Convenience - Customer Service, Harrow ON (December 2006 - December 2010)
During my employment with Mac’s Milk, I learned the importance of using communicational skills with the public firsthand. I also attended the annual anti-theft meetings to learn how to read an individual’s behavior.

Where I contributed to the Commodity Supplemental Food Program by packing boxes for senior citizens and poverty level community members.

I helped to refurbish the forest camp at the parish for the children in the surrounding region.

I volunteered at the the Wendy house of the forest on the edge of the forest in Berlin-Gruenau.

By being a part of the dramatic arts world, I have learned from the constant practicing that ‘perfection’ is impossible, but to continuously strive for it, giving me a higher standard of excellence. I have also trained to improve on my presentation skills.
