1) SaaS Hosting – OnDemand. CA.May 2012-To Till Date
SaaS- Hosting is a platform and in that we supported multiple applications like Clarity, Nimsoft, NSD and Watch-Mouse.
Clarity is a CA product and that which will be helpful to generate the Clarity PPM Reports. Clarity is having 250+ customers and all are having different SLA.
Nimsoft and NSD are also CA Products and that are used for to Monitor the customer applications. Simply we can call it as a Monitored systems to applications.
Watch-Mouse is also a Monitored application that which will monitored the application URLS and PoP’s.
Role:
Building the clarity application on customer environment like Demo, Dev, Test and Production.
Provisioning the NSD and Nimsoft on Customer Applications.

2) R10SS – BT, UK. Dec 2010– May2012
R1OSS application is developed for BT. This application belongs to the Retail LOB . The VOIP Breeze R1OSS is provisioning database for BT’s consumer VOIP (BBTalk) and Business Broadband VOIP (BBV) Product. It forms as the central system interacting with the order placement systems, billing systems and the voice platforms through various interfaces.
Role:
• Responsible for the R1OSS Application for E2E activities
• Have been off-shore/onsite co-coordinator from the team and been front facing to the Customers and involved in various customer meetings ad client issues.
• Deploying the Applications in Production Environment
• Maintenance of the web Logic servers on Production
• Release Co-ordination, Support and Issue resolution
• Provide second line support for R1OSS including handling faults raised by users and carrying out various proactive maintenance activities, to minimize fault levels with out any SLA violations
• Work closely with BT Service Manager on Service Improvement tasks.

Endeca is a tool it acts like database . Endeca is basically working for Supersite,people finder BTR Retail. Important zones are Dgaraph,ITL,Crawlers,webstudio&weblogic zones. This tool supports to Retail,GS supersite. Supersite is a step towards supporting and providing the required information for suspect, prospect and opportunity users of BT Global Services. In other words it is a complete site for pre login journey. Retail Search Application is one that which provides you the search functionality across the BT.com site.
Application users or target audience for this site are:

• Existing GS Portal user community

3) BTWholesale ASG –BT,UK Aug2009 –Dec2010

BT Wholesale is a B-2-B site especially created to cater to the needs (for wholesale services) of BT customers who are service providers, Mobile operators, etc. It is a part of the BT Group and provides network services and solutions to practically every UK business that’s reliant on communications.
The project is made using the Open Source and Weblogic Portal coexistence and its API, which in turn is based on MVC architecture. BEA WLP is supported by Interwoven Enterprise Content Management solutions, to ensure content accuracy and reliability and at the same time empower users to transparently contribute and collaborate within the portal.
Responsibilities are similar for both projects – Worked for two Projects in same time
• Maintenance of the Web Logic servers and I Planet servers on Dev Test/B2B Pre Prod/Prod environments.
• Handling production environment.
• Monitoring the Web logic Servers health status.
• Installing the Web logic Server.
• Configuring web logic domains.
• Configuring JDBC Connection pools and Data sources.
• Recycling of Web logic servers.
• Performance tuning and disk issues.
• Involved in Performance (Load) Testing with Testing team.
• Solving the Tickets with Priority.
• Trouble shooting the application issues.
