Collections Lead and Trainer

Accomplishments:
Through my sales history and leadership skills at Best Buy I became the sales trainer for my team. I also became a member of the Digital Imaging National Council that is hand selected to develop training material, select new products to stock, and provide advice on ways to correct gaps in sales nationwide. I have been a part of several sales and leadership trainings throughout my time spent at Best Buy. After two months at CBCS of being on the collections floor I began to work the disputed accounts because of my strong listening skills, and ability to apply that to a solution that satisfies the business and client’s needs. I worked my way up to become a collections lead and trainer where I work with every employee to maximize their collection numbers to satisfy the business causing it to grow as well as to keep my client’s happy. And through my time with Samsung I managed a territory where I trained all the employee’s how to sell the products they kept stocked.
