After relocating to help take care of elderly parents and working full time at a large

Chevrolet Dealership.

I am very ready back home to VIRGINIA as soon as possible if I have an opportunity

before months end I can put in notice at my Apt. to leave in Aug. but I can stay till end of

Sept. if needed.

Assistant Service Manager, Goal improve and grow the service department, assisted the service

department to achieve 5 Star status with the Chrysler Corporation dealerships. Maintained a very

high CSI score and received a number of bonuses from Chrysler as statistics improved.

Don Seelye Ford Kalamazoo, MI.

Service Advisor, Goal improve customer service, service scheduling, raise productivity of the

service department. Was consistently in the top 2 of sales each week for 2 years. Also drove a

servicing aircraft repair personnel with stock and special order parts. Was also in charge of

the customers repair order were completed and resolved to boost customer satisfaction. Test drive

with customer or return to technician to satisfactorily repair vehicles.
