PROJECTS
• Led a team which worked to improve the lap and polish process for wafers at Finisar Coporations. Finisar is a company that develops and provides break-through optics technology. Used various lean methods including a FMEA, 5S audit and time- study to complete the following; improve process flow, develop new expanded layout, and optimize their current process using known constraints.
• Worked as part of a team to analyze data collected for street sweeping in the Santa Clara County. The goal of the study was to find data mismatches for three different regions of San Jose. The task was completed using Excel software manipulation com- mands. The mismatch established deviation in older data from 2007 and most current data from 2012.
