Technical Training: Proficient in AutoCAD, RSLogix 5000, MCOSMOS v3.4, Visual Basic, Power Transmission Design, Project Planning, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Project (Gantt Chart) KEY PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS:

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Programming : Assisted in developing CMM operations manual that involved quickly ascertaining how to operate the machine and then creating procedures outlining setup, how to run programs and explanations of key metrology concepts. Wrote programs using MCOSMOS v3.4 to take simple measurements for various objects . CMM design won the award for "Best Design" during the senior design class showcase.

RSLogix Programming : Wrote several programs using RSLogix 5000 for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to control automated manufacturing processes. Wrote programs based around assembly and painting processes and any process that involved the movement of parts through a factory.

Project Management (Proposal Writing) : Planned and executed a project for creating a proposal to incorporate a new Masters Program for Welding into Texas A&M’s College of Engineering. Created project feasibility reports, timeline estimates, budget estimates, proposals, Gantt Charts and more as well as conduct extensive research that identified the potential labor and equipment cost, process flow and the overall process timeline for obtaining ABET accreditation.

Mechanical & Product Design : Completed full power transmission design that included gears, gearbox, shafts, seals, metrology and lubrication requirements. Utilized 3 D modeling sofware to render certain portions of the design. Additional design projects included but not limited to detailed strength analysis for pre made designs, small injection molded catapult intended to be sold as a children's toy and other small design task as required.

Project Management & Leadership : Designated as the leader of various small teams in different labs and classes. Exhibited a high level of assertiveness and individual accountability that was required to be responsible for completing individual project assignments as well as compiling the work of the team to meet project deadlines.
