Responsible for HR activity for a 220+ employees from four different Liebherr business units at facilities in Michigan, Kansas and Washington

Developed and implemented corrective action and attendance program, safety shoe program, dress code policy, no tobacco policy and cell phone usage policy for the facilities

Promote positive employee relations to maintain union free status

Consistently apply Liebherr policies and standardized processes within the facilities
