Manage risk and monitor progress for sales of zipper raw materials and keep the proprietor informed about the progress and all the possible outcomes. Maintaining the company’s profitability by trying to achieve full margins on sales by following consultative approach of selling, also keeping in mind the customer satisfaction.
Keeping check on accounting department to have a detailed check on sales, production costs and closing inventory. So that evaluations of gross profit and expenses can be presented when required.
Providing regular reports for production costs, profits and expenses. Also providing alternative options to reduce the expenses of the company.
Acquisition of Potential leads, qualifying their needs and presenting them products in a way that meets their individual needs, helping the clients get the most of brand through negotiation ultimately leading to Sales.

Key Responsibilities: -
Management of all the accounts of the company. Managing the daily sales book and cashbook. Also ensuring that all the banking operations are done correctly everyday.
Doing all day-to-day entries in Tally and also in books of accounts.
Giving timely reports about the non-performing assets of the company and about the clients giving late payments (deferred payment). Also providing with the debtors and creditors list whenever required. Ensuring that the debtor and creditor ratio is maintained i.e. debt- equity ratio.
Maintaining the profit and loss account and balance sheet. Even providing suggestions of how to decrease the current expenses of the company, so that the profitability of the company increases.
Maintain the production costs details and inventory details, so that production manager can be provided with these details whenever required. Also manually checking of inventory on last day of every month.
Assist in paying value addition tax and filing income tax returns of the company.
Making salary slips and disbursement of salary.

Selected for maintaining customer relationship and traveling to china, owing to excellent communication and presentation skills. Due to which have travelled to china 8 times as companies representative.
Achieved company’s lowest production cost in last 4 years.
Being a Result Oriented professional, have achieved Managerial position within 2 years of joining the company.
Because of my strong hold in china, company started selling goods to the creditors with whom the company used to buy goods before. So few of the creditors now were the debtors of the company.
Made zipper puller from china for various brands in India like JTC, KTC, ABC, TEN, VVV, ZP, YKR, BSF, T, ND and many more. In India our company have made the highest numbers of brand till date, which was my biggest achievement.
Minimum order branding on zipper was the first innovative concept started by me for the company first time in India.
