Technical work included:

Maintain a computer network and servers, a database and e-mail server.

Installed new computers and deployed a new server into the network, also deployed and populated a brand new LIMS database program used to keep, track and maintain lab records and billing. Designed and maintained a company website. Extensive use of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) starting from Deployment of a new one, population of the same, to configuring it for the specific laboratory needs

Used Crystal reports for editing billing and other LIMS involving tasks, and also attended several seminars for improving the use of the same

Lab work included:

Performed water testing analysis using a Bran&Luebbe Traacs Colorimetric instrument for water analysis.

Performed water testing using a Dionex Ion Chromatograph and Chromeleon software associated with the instrument.

Kept meticulous records, ordered chemicals and parts needed to maintain a steady flow with my analysis

Learned how to fix the instruments that I was using

Office work included:

Prepared necessary office documents like proposals, sales reports, customer correspondence

Filing, copying, faxing, preparing spreadsheets
