•Analyze spare parts demand for around 734 active parts and generate forecasts, plan procurements.

•Ensure timely Replenishment/Re-balancing of spare parts to meet immediate, ongoing and future needs.

•Installed base analysis of products using Bill of Material and Failure Rate to estimate requirement for spare parts

•Product life cycle (PLC) Management of spare part from Introduction till termination phase includes 149 sustainable parts

•Planning and Introduction of New product in the market through NPI process.

•End of service life (EOSL) planning for 585 EOL spare parts using Last time buy (LTB) Calculation, to ensure the part support till last service date.
