• Lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident prevention
• Complete certified nursing assistant records documenting care provided or other information in keeping with department policies
• Perform all job responsibilities in accordance with prescribed safety and infection control procedures including thorough hand washing, use of disposable gloves where indicated, and proper disposal of soiled materials.
Accomplishments
The impact that I during my job is learning about different levels of diagnoses that a resident haves and catering to them accordingly. Also forming realationships with the residents and their family members nut never letting it get in the way of my job. I have accomplished so much in this field it would like to broaden my herizon on furthering my career in healthcare /medical field.
