Saved $1.1 million by reducing logistic costs, renegotiating temporary agency mark ups and creating effective standard operating procedures. Semi-annual trips to China for executive management reporting and manager meetings. Reduced temporary agency costs from 140% markup down to 128% equaling $400,000 in savings.

Received the highest corporate achievement award given to an American in Winhere history for the complete turnaround of its struggling unit in North America in less than one year. As the Director of Operations for CARQUEST, managed the operations of a 250,000 square foot facility with $22 million in inventory and 33,000 SKU's. Diagnosed and repaired maintenance issues related to facility. Developed and implemented new quality operations systems. Specifically recruited by the company during its restructuring to improve the P&L of a poorly performing division. Saved the company $400,000 due to the creation and implementation of a Ship Scan System. Ship Scan System increased the accuracy to 99% and helped reduce head count from 112 employees to 82.
