3d Model of Offshore Skids and platforms to follow all ASI, ASME, NACE, API, ASTM, etc. standards. This includes all equipment (launchers, receivers, vessels, etc.

As lead designer working closely with engineers as well as vendors to produce equipment and specs for the design of the pipe layout, pipe plant layout, or equipment layout.

Interacting with other disciplines to coordinate all specifications, coordinates and layouts are without interference.

Working with surveyors to verify all existing pipe, remodeling new pipeline, equipment and buildings.

Continuous updates on asbuilts, revision for construction, and change orders based on client needs.

Provide turnkey services for process of data management and document control report provided to clients for projection of project and/or design build-implementation and updating all indexes per package.

Combine drawings from several different sources includes various disciplines into a consolidated drawing set with consistent scales, fonts, line weights, blocks, and attributes.

Verified all discipline drawings for deliverable packages to client and approval of engineers

QC all drawings for detail information, dimensions, lines, text, scales, and revision update.

Maintaining technical files, bill of material, and vendor and in house drawings.

Provided BOM for purchasing, client, and vendors.

Work with client drawings and or designers which includes engineers to provide detail information when need be.

Quality Assurance of all mechanical parts designed based on specifications required by NES and OSHA for compliance purposes.

Understand the terminology and acronyms of the natural gas industry (MAOP, FERC, PSIG, GPM, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, etc.)

EXPERIENCE

2014 – 2015 – Principle Senior Piping Designer (contract) KPE - (oil and Gas Upstream and Midstream) – Job Duties include: Equipment Plant layout and pipe plant layout for Crude and LPG type plant for onshore and offshore tie-ends to TransCanada. Using Autoplant 3d/PDS to model plant and equipment based on vendor drawings and specs. Establish equipment distance with calcuation to co-inside with API Standards. Updated P&IDs, line numbering development and design, specifications of pipe and equipment nozzle, Create Plot plans and location drawings which include Permit drawings, etc. The majority of design standard module skid design for plant layouts using PDS and Autoplant 3d. This included producing pipe route, equipment, ISOs, P&IDs, and Model.

2013 – 2014 – Senior Mechanical & Lead Piping Designer (contract) Anvil Corp. (Oil and Gas Upstream and Midstream) - Job duties include: Pipe layouts and equipment modeling/equipment skids for over sea refineries, chemical refineries and offshore platforms and Natural Gas Compressor Stations using Cadworx, Plant and P&IDs. Design and editing 2d and 3d model using 3d software piping based on client need. Equipment Design and Model to specifications of project based on process P&IDs, vendor specifications, and Ansi Standards using AutoPlant 3d. Large majority of midstream and upstream design work for piping and equipment. Majority of offshore standard skid design for offshore platforms using PDMS and Autoplant 3d. This included producing pipe route, equipment, ISOs, P&IDs, and Model.

2012 – 2013 – Senior Mechanical & Lead Piping Designer (contract) Harris Group, LLC (Oil and Gas Upstream and Midstream) - Job duties include: Pipe layouts and equipment modeling/equipment skids for over sea refineries, chemical refineries and offshore platforms and Natural Gas Compressor Stations using Cadworx Plant and P&IDs. Design and editing 2d and 3d model using 3d software piping based on client need. Majority of offshore standard skid design for offshore platforms using PDMS and Autoplant 3d. This included producing pipe route, equipment, ISOs, P&IDs, and Model.

2012 – 2012 Senior Mechanical & Lead Piping Designer (contract) Cameron Process Division, Houston, TX (offshore, Subsea, Onshore) - Job duties include: Pipe layout, equipment skids offshore platforms. In Using PDMS and Smart Plant for piping design and detail for pipeline on offshore platforms. Majority of offshore standard skid design for offshore platforms using PDMS and Autoplant 3d. This included producing pipe route, equipment, ISOs, P&IDs, and Model.

2010 – 2012 – Senior Piping & Mechanical Lead Designer (contract) Chesapeake Energy, Fort Worth, TX and Oklahoma City, OK (Midstream) - Job duties include: Pipe layout for Compressor Station using Cadworx Auto Plant and P&IDs. Included equipment layout, detail assembly drawings, P&IDs, 3d Naviis works review Model, Underground pipe layout and all metering and pipe tie-ends.

1998 – 2010 – Piping & Mechanical Designer - Universal - Pegasus International, Inc., Houston, TX Job duties included: Pipe layout for Compressor Stations, Chemical Refinery Plants, and Offshore Platforms. Document Control and Data management Coordinator. Using PDMS, Cadworx, and Auto Plant Bentley in the Piping design of refineries and offshore platforms including compressor stations. All compressor station layouts of equipment and underground pipe layout using CADWorx and P&IDs . Created full package drawings for construction. Creating all line number numbers and tag numbers for equipment and providing equipment list and specification for vendor drawings. Majority of offshore standard skid design for offshore platforms using PDMS and Autoplant 3d. This included producing pipe route, equipment, ISOs, P&IDs, and Model.
