Job Duties:

Responsibilities include but not limited to floors and walls maintenance

Ceilings, ceiling lamps, wood floors, tile floors, as well as wall-to-wall rug floors cleaning

Complete maintenance of stairwells and hallways

Assist with moving jobs and general handyman assignments and repairs

Report to the main office of any repairs that need an outside vendor

Maintain the garden surrounding the building

Repair toilets, sink and bathtub in all bathrooms

Conducted apartment tours for potential tenants and answered any questions.

Handled customer complaints personally to verify they were properly handled.

Licensure:

CDL with Class A operator’s license
