Provide mechanical design service to design microwave components and sub-systems for satellite communication system. The products of design involved in the casting, machining and sheet metal manufacturing technology.

The designs included mechanical assembly, parts, thermal analysis, detailed drawings and BOM.

Worked as an independent contractor to successfully developed new products with REMEC Broadband Wireless (USA), SAGE RF SOULTION and ITS ELECTRONICS INC.

Designed mechanical housings and enclosures for RF amplifiers and microwave subsystems from concept to production.

Applied thermal design and analysis for RF Amplifiers.
