Selected as a member of the Bloom Technology Team in 2003. Bloom was launched as a new concept for Food Lion. One of the initial concepts for Bloom was to bring new technologies to the store to enhance the customer’s experience.
Tasked with bringing some of technology to the store. Over 60 Bloom stores used
these new technologies.
Worked with Business Partners and Management to determine customer needs and expectations.
Worked with vendors and in-house development team to test, customize, install and administer various solutions to meet the business requirements.
Created use cases for testing and validation of software and hardware requirements.
Created documentation and provided training. Created the Support Reference Training Manual.
