Twiki:

Documenting tool for web based, mainly it’s a open source.

Install and configure Twiki.

Add users and groups, restrict and assign the users for particular Twiki web.

Upload document, images, create a topic, backup the database of Twiki and restrict the unwanted users to access Twiki.

Bugzilla:

Ticketing tool for open source

Install and configure Bugzilla.

Add users, groups, product and components in bugzilla.

Customize and add the customer field to raise tickets, backup the database. Networking:

Assign DHCP and Fixed IP address to the network machine.

Setting up the NAT

Forward the ports from Wan IP to Lan IP address.

Configure wan IP to server, which use to connect the server from outside.

Restrict unwanted sites in firewall.

Assign wireless access to particular MAC addresses in router itself. Mail:

Configure Mail Account in outlook and Thunderbird.

Create mail accounts and aliases, analyze disk memory size, assign mail quota for users, Forwarder the mail accounts in Cpanel.

Configure account level filtering, user level filtering, spam filtering and analyze the monthly transfer bandwidth in Cpanel.
