DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Involves and conducts administrative hearing
Assists in the coordination of company communication programs such as suggestion box, grievance committee, dialogue, feedback system, employee management, bulletin boards, newsletter, etc. in order to provide employees a proper venue for concerns.
