JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing, developing, promoting, implementing, administering, and maintaining HSE standards, policies, procedures and regulations at all/assigned project sites.
Responsible for proper implementation of company Health, Safety and Environment policy through the framework of HSE systems and procedures and also enhance its effectiveness at site.
Provides high-level HSE oversight at the project site including risk assessments and advice on hazard controls compliance.
Supports the development of workplace policies and safe work procedures and responding to workplace HSE complaints.
Takes the lead role in ensuring effective processes for responding to workplace incidents and accidents are in place, and conducts accident investigations of particularly serious accidents.
Responsible for sending HSE reports to the HSE Manager on daily, weekly and monthly base and to coordinate HSE Manager to conduct audit on project site.
Responsible to make sure the availability of approved JSA’s and managing the activities like daily toolbox talk, weekly safety meetings & keeping the HSE training records of all project employees.
Attending client meetings and address client HSE issues.
Responsible to facilitate the establishment for emergency response plans in liaison with client requiems as where applicable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
