Engaged customers in introducing new products to ensure manufacturability and design to cost goals were met.
Prepared for and introduced new capital equipment into the manufacturing area. This included automated spray conformal coat machine, a wave solder automated spray fluxer and the introduction of a in-line water wash system that included a water treatment system to provide a near closed loop system.
Teamed with our largest customer, Schlumberger, in the implementation of very high reliability and mission critical requirements on their down hole products. This included multiple qualifications of different processes on the manufacturing floor such as reflow oven profiles, solder soft leading connections, assembly potting, component underfill, component baking, preparation and retinning of the leads.
