Project Description: Client has engaged Cognizant for supporting Fossil Applications.

Project Duration: Jun 2014 – Mar 2016

Client: Fossil, Inc. is an American designer and manufacturer of clothing and accessories, primarily watches and jewelry, also sunglasses, wallets, handbags, belts, shoes and clothing, based in Richardson, Texas, United States. Their brands include Fossil, Relic, Abacus, Michele Watch, Skagen and Zodiac Watches. Client: Marks and Spencer plc. (Also known as M&S) is a major British multinational retailer headquartered in the City of Westminster, London, with 703 stores in the United Kingdom and 361 stores spread across more than 40 countries. It specialises in the selling of clothing and luxury food products. M&S was founded in 1884 by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer in Leeds.

Project Role: SAP IS-Retail Consultant

Project Responsibilities:

Handled/Resolved various IT incidents and given various suggestions to client which helped to control the flow of incidents (tickets).

Expertised in the areas of Assortment Management, Master data, Merchandise Category, Listing.

Have prepared several functional specifications for the new enhancements of project.

Project Description: Client had engaged Cognizant for Enhancing ECC 6.0 and support.

Project Duration: Nov 2011 – July 2013

Client: DFS Group limited is the world’s leading luxury retailer catering to the travelling public. DFS covers the world, employing more than 6000 people, DFS Galleries, airport shops and other stores. Corporate headquarters is based in Hongkong, Global Finance and IT is based in Singapore. In the current implementation, DFS decided to implement WMS Tool (RedPrairie) at their Singapore Warehouse as a pilot project.

Project Role: SAP IS-Retail Consultant

Project Responsibilities:

Prepare FSDs, Configuration documents, Error handling documents.

Analyze the current Master Data available in SAP and adding the additional fields to meet the requirements of WMS Tool (RedPriarie)

Designing the solutions for WMS and SAP integration without affecting the current business processes

Utilized the available standard IDocs for Data integration i.e., inbound and outbound interfaces

Configured the new condition type for Sales Price and updated the condition records by using IDoc processing with LSMW

Defined the new Storage Locations and configured STO process

Configured the requirements to support the integration

Configured STO process, condition type for sales price.

Uploaded 6.5 million article retail records and rectified the errors using LSMW (iDoc) as a part of cutover

Validate the interfaced records between SAP and different systems. And re-interface the discrepant records

Post Go Live Support

Provide KT on project to new resources.

Prepare presentations on Inventory synchronizations to share with Business and client IT.

Monitoring, correcting (creating masters, cost and profit center issues, assortment listing issues) the errors in interfaces.
