Responsible for setting up global engineering, manufacturing operations with full technology transfer. • Established engineering department to support design, development, and manufacturing for all Praxair product lines.

• Developed and implemented Management of Change procedure to ensure that regulatory requirements are not compromised with engineering change. Introduced and used (5-step gated product development process)

• Manage product development to meet scope, performance, safety and regulatory requirements.

• Recruit and coach staff as required, to fulfill engineering demands for ongoing projects. Provide detailed scheduling and work assignments to the team for project requirements.

• Designed Spiral/Rotary Freezers acceptable to the new USDA changed code. Resulted in $150,000 revenue per machine sold in USA (machine also licensed to Taiwan)

• Solved improved Turkey stunning process. Created new water treatment plants and shortened the time for sludge reduction, both have patents pending.

• Designed new ultra performance Tunnel Freezer Line. Increased their output by 40% - $125,000 per machine, Commercialized in the USA, Europe and Asia.

• Redesign Lyophilization Chamber, medical devices and cryogenic tube and shell heat exchangers (Climate control device, patent pending will increase output up to 8%).

• Commercialized patents into revenue generating products from concept through production.

• Instituted and used Lean/Six-Sigma processes to modernize department to triple engineering output.
