Refresh of main ecommerce site that would link inventory and web sales to the ERP system. Originally an advisor to the project which was led by the CEO and Marketing Director. Was asked to head the project when the CEO and the Marketing Director left the company. Worked with two outside vendors and an internal team to complete the website using a hybrid Scrum process. Before the project was completed the new processes identified approximately $50,000 of inventory shrinkage. Since the rollout internet sales have doubled.

Led the build of a web based application that allowed store managers to ship products between stores using a strict chain of custody of methodology. System updates the ERP system which moves the inventory in and out of the proper GL accounts. System was built using Python with MYSQL database on Debian.

Led a project to retag and describe 30,000 individual pieces of jewelry. New tagging system using QR labels that allows for more detailed descriptions on one square inch labels.
