REFERENCES

Reference from Nancy DeForest, Business Analysis Manager, Cigna Healthcare:

Jason joined my team as a consultant Business Analyst Sr. Specialist in February of 2015. Due only to project budget and scope reduction, I have had to release Jason from his contract early. If there was any way I could have kept Jason on my team, I most certainly would have.

Jason is an excellent BA. His skills are all exceptional: Analytics, facilitation, leadership, requirements development, organization, communication.

Jason was on-boarded, got up to speed and was working independently very quickly. Jason works very well in the team and project environment, works very proactively and is someone that can be depended on. Jason is a team member to whom a task can be assigned with minimal direction, and Jason will run with it, take the steps necessary to gather information, make contacts and get the task completed.
