● Verified and ensured each vehicle that left the shop was in safe and reliable condition in compliance with the safety and mechanical standards required, and worthy of transporting 500+ marines and cargo in excess of 7 tons at a single time.

● Open and closed 400+ service requests on Marine Corps vehicles that required servicing and maintenance.

● Utilized a formalized excel spreadsheet in order to log all service requests, annual preventive maintenance checks, and services to ensure unit was maintaining vehicles properly, and to log what work was performed and completed on each unit vehicle.

● Trained 30+ Marines during “left seat, right seat” training change over. This included teaching techniques on how to properly utilize and maintain parts, tools, and equipment to save the unit money. Training also consisted of teaching fundamental techniques on how to properly utilize a portable device to view schematics in order to identify and solve a potential maintenance issue.

● Utilized and maintained tools and equipment in such a manner that the unit was able to save in excess of $125,000 in a combat zone.

● Completed 80+ vehicle service requests in a combat zone.

● Ensured mobilization of 200+ vehicles for a single Battalion in a combat zone.

● Increased vehicle mission readiness from 70% at the start of deployment to 99.8% by the end of deployment.
