Review requirements, Project/ticket artifacts, testing dashboard, monitor, control and report development progress for the small/medium sized projects/tickets involving multiple systems.
Helped and trained multiple resources between two application areas (Cyberlife development and production support) that Allstate management acknowledged as value-add for Q3-2014.
Worked with BAs production support level2 to resolve 100+ Incidents before escalating them to problem ticket. This resulted in achieving Allstate’s business goal for lowering new ticket counts at inception.
Helped and worked with offshore team to reduce Batch cycle processing by more than 2 hours this achievement was instrumental in positive feedback in customer vendor survey, from business stakeholders for CSC.

Identified automation opportunities for the ongoing and daily tasks performed within the team, integrated MV parallel with unit testing process to improve quality of deliverables..
Developed B200 transaction to enable a change in group bill address records. This transaction is no longer supported by CSC base but I analyzed the system to enable the system to handle address change requests.
Lead "Design Review Board" - responsible for the formal reviews and walkthroughs to improve the quality of system changes design. Implemented review checklists which enhanced the review process by reducing number of defects by 7% by Q4-2014.
Monitor different stages of change promotions. Tracking their movement and coordination for test approvals before cut off date for the release.

Worked on complex production tickets dealing with gamut of functionalities in the system including Payments, withdrawals, annual statements, Policy pages, correspondences, time drives errors, grace processing etc.
Developed a new Cyberlife CICS inhouse transaction IHUP to enable production support BAs update policy record with Audit trail. This was a high priority transaction because Intertest FILE transaction used by Allstate prior to this was sunset.
Great attention to detail. Ensured high quality deliverables for all production tickets undertaken. 500 hours of efforts were delivered with only 2 model office defects and 0 production defects.
Performed recoveries to correct over 10000 policies in production. These policies had incorrect values which were patched by writing and executing oneshot programs.
Resolved a high number of problem tickets and enable the whole team to provide quick turnaround for all problems. This reduced problem ticket backlog 206 ticket to 46 tickets in 15 months.
Analyzed and resolved multiple issues caused by Cyberlife release upgrade project. Coordinated with CSC base to add more SPRs to correct existing problems with the release. Production Support Primary: Aug 2011-2015(ongoing)
Extensive experience in handling batch cycle abends and reaching a resolution in minimum time to achieve 99.95% SLA completion.
Identified and proactively placed overrides for Cyberlife batch cycle jobs that may have problems before year end processing. This has attributed to smooth and timely finish to year end processing.
Co-ordinated with multiple interfaces while addressing high priority production issues and abends in rapid response call.
Modified Job schedule and resolved multiple issues while conducting disaster recovery exercises to ensure system is robust enough to handle natural calamities.
