Tutored and managed over 30 young school learners (for a period of 2 years on a part-time basis) aged 11-13 with learning difficulties at George’s Green School in London. I was involved in the academic tutoring of young school learners aged 11-13 with learning difficulties. I worked effectively with pupils to develop critical-thinking abilities and assisted in the rebuilding of some mathematical concepts which were hindering performance in certain chapters. It was particularly rewarding to witness their newly acquired confidence and how they managed to overcome difficulties.
