Project Description:
The Manufacturing Procedure System (MFP) is responsible for creating and maintaining the procedures which are necessary for creating a batch. The MFP system maintains a list of the various vessels, kettles and equipment used in creating the batch, the ingredient steps of which the batch is comprised, and the valid formulas for a procedure. The actual procedure needed to create the batch is entered, copy and deleted through this system, and changes in procedural step are also performed by this system.
MFP is a set of programs that helps in the creation and maintenance of new and existing procedure steps based on a defined Recipe for the products. The program is smart enough to create and maintain procedure steps for the user by selecting appropriate Phase Vessels, Turbine Speeds, Blade Settings and Fill-In codes based on the desired batch size of the product.
This project is L’OREAL’s windows based desktop application for global business users of L’OREAL who manage thier the manufacturing system.
