JDE CNC Administrator - responsible for activities such as Security, Package Build and Deployment, Object Management, and Performance Tuning. Maintained software and hardware, conducted testing, and resolved application problems. Worked closely with users to configure environments and manage data to meet business requirements for testing and production.

Imprivata OneSign Administrator - Configured and maintained OneSign system settings. Defined and assigned security policies to manage authentication and workflow. Enabled applications for SSO by creating and editing profiles for screen recognition and credential management. Successfully deployed OneSign Agent to all user PCs.
