Drilling Superintendent Experience

1Day to day duties included contract negotiations with drilling contractors, preparing next well files for 10 rigs. Going to the field daily to check on all 18 consultants, keeping up with job performance, insuring the highest level of safety for all situations on Parsleys locations. I also had to keep up with cost, approve invoices, supervise all fishing or stuck hole operations.

Drilling Consultant Experience

1Drilling shallow high pressure exploratory wells. (300’-10,000’) Drilling deep high pressure exploratory wells. (10,000’ – 21000’)

2Hard rock, hot-hole, high directional, fishing, H2S control, Air Drilling, Nitrogen Injection, fresh, brine, oil and polymer mud.

3Supervising deep multi-string casing programs.

4Managing high pressure control situations. Blowout Prevention, Well Control after shut-in. Running or pulling drill pipe with marginal trip margins. Spotting barite weighted pills to control pressured gas.

5Dealing with lost circulation, hydrophilic shale protection, producible formation protection, and overbalanced/underbalanced situations.

6Conducting rig-site classes on safety, well control parameters and proper shut-in procedures.

7Implementation of ROP maximization combining optimum hydraulics with design specific BHA assemblies, bit selection, jets, good bore-hole cleaning and solids control.

8Closed-loop mud systems in environmentally sensitive areas.

9Experience with Federal and State Public Lands Federal Environmental Policy Compliance.

10Landowner surface damage negotiations. Read drilling site surveys. Build and ready drilling site.
