Assist in plant budget preparation and monitoring of four power generation facilities in Kansas.
Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable in accordance with Corporate Accounting procedures and customer requirements at the Plant Manager direction.
Oversee the issuance of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and match vendor invoices with material packing lists to permit approval of vendor payments. Provide periodic financial statements, reconciliations, and accruals as appropriate and/or requested by the customer.
Worked with multiple vendors to reach best price, and oversee the inventory control software program MP2 to keep track of parts.
