Human Resources Manager – 250 Branch locations and 6 Call Centers
Provide professional level HR support to retail branch locations and multiple call centers covering approximately 2,800 associates in the areas of recruiting, selection, training, employee relations, benefits, and development of call center employees.
Key Results:
Successfully negotiated a $280,000 savings across 7 call centers with the Agency for Health Care Administration
Successfully saved company $250,000 a year by stream lining hiring and background check systems
Developed, trained, and rolled out new generational transition system to center to improve active recruiting of current and future generations of employees.
Redesigned recruitment model to dramatically reduce attrition across 6 call centers dropping attrition levels from over 100% as an industry average to below 25%.

Numerous contracts under confidential agreement in multiple fields from manufacturing to retail covering all fields of HR disciplines including development, implementation, and training for Human Resource concepts, HR related investigations (i.e., discrimination claims, sexual harassment claims, etc) as well as collaborated with senior leaders and board members to develop and implement Human Capital strategies that were determined to being detrimental issues affecting business unit performance.

Partnered with company board to establish and implement organizational re-branding that focused on employee growth and development.

Key Results:
Achieved an $8 million first year run rate with an eventual $12 million after 3 years compared to projected $4 million.
Designed and rolled out recruitment process that centered on hiring the right people the first time and leveraging each strength and weakness to counter balance each other during grand opening
