Provided mechanical engineering support to the product-development team for one of the country’s fastest-growing water feature designer and fabricator manufacturers.

Strong dealing with Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.

Contributed to design, develop, validate and test mechanical components for a leading manufacturer of water features, water walls, interactive fountains and green walls. Served on team that introduced new/enhanced existing products.

Resurfaced heads using flow bench for a warped head, increased valve radius to improve airflow

Replaced entire seals and gaskets

Master Cam X project in which the task was to design engine oil pan

Simulated a prototype milling of the oil pan using Master Cam X

Transferred the date on to Usb drive and ran it on the CNC machine

Created a futuristic Concept of Acura TL using 3DS Max

Created a Engine assembly of a 24 cylinder engine with exhausts using Autodesk Inventor

Created engine block, bored cylinders

Created crankshaft and piston components in different work places

Assembled all parts using assembly platform

Created rough map layouts for clients in Architect such as houses, building, rooms and simple structures in 3D
