Request reimbursement of outstanding recourse funds due from various entities on losses incurred during default servicing on the Government and Conventional portfolio.
Daily Responsibilities & Notable Contributions:
Fulfill both roles concurrently, generating loss claims to prior Servicers for recourse losses on acquired portfolio.
Interface directly with investors, government agencies, attorneys, M&M contractors, management, and other entities to ensure all tasks and steps are executed appropriately and within designated timeline.
Open Investor Billings and distribute third party billings for losses and reimbursements.
