Work Profile:
Design submersible motors, monoblock pumpsets, openwell pumpsets and selfpriming pumps with designing motor winding data, motor size, stamping and its design and also mechanical parts of the motor using Creo-2.0 OR Autocad.
Design the application specific motors as per requirement of customers.
Design the motors for the solar application and testing the performance of the same on VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) e.g. its tripping, starting time at early morning, voltage fluctuation during the day etc. parameters of the pumpset.
Testing the motor performance of the application specific motors (New design motors).
Touring to the various area for servicing to solve the problems of customers and dealers regarding the motor and regarding the site conditions.
To prepare / maintain process modules as per ISO standard & following up design and development initiatives.
Responsible for maintenance in the whole plant whenever required to be a reliever.
To help the customer in deciding the pump set for their special and specific application.
Responsible for analysing the incoming inquiries from sales department regarding the performance of the pumpset.
