The group is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of automotive and heavy Engineering segment. India Unit is ISO 9001 & TS 16949: certified company and its 100% EOU. The unit is engaged in manufacturing of Disc pads for passenger vehicles as well as Drum Brakes lining for heavy duty vehicles. Production Activities:

Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.

Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.

Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.

Managing 4M's (Man, Machinery, Material and Method).

To reduce the idle hours.

To reduce the WIP.

Focusing on area like cost reduction / improvement of productivity.

To improve the TEI (Total Employee Involvement).

To complete all the related documents.

To maintain 5's on shop floor.

Daily review the rejection, rework status & taking counter measure for avoiding reoccurrence.

Quality Related Activities:

Ensuring first & last production part approval.

Preserving discipline according to safety rules.

Implementation on kaizen activities.

Handling of customer process audit & TS audit.

Industrial Training:
