CAREER BACKGROUND

Baker Hughes {Directional Driller IV} 2011 – Present

Steered and navigated drill pipe according to well plans constantly adapting to changes in the Three Forks and Bakken Formation with less than 25 feet of collision avoidance, and maintaining wells over 21,000 feet in length with less than 8 feet of total vertical depth for targets

Built 3D Curves through calculations of build rates, build rates needed to land, projections to bit, above and below target, dogleg severity, motor yields, tool face needed for build and turn

Responsible for making quick decisions while constantly communicating with company man, rig crews, geologists, and field engineers in order to save oil company time and money

Supervised crews for the drilling aspects of rig site activities including BHA assemblies while maintaining an accident free work environment
