Work Description:

Design and development of products based on microcontrollers and associated digital and analog circuits.

This is normal treadmill system manufactured by our client with equipped features. There are three modes for the user interface to operate the machine, one is the normal increment and decrement second is the switched mode for the constant speed and the final mode is programming mode that programming mode runs for 20 minutes with four different speeds for every four minutes.

1hp ac motor controlled by the microcontroller which is done by passing corresponding values to the inverter.

Communication between microcontroller and inverter was done by Modbus communication.

Display unit of the Tread-mill is 4 digit seven segments to show time, Modes increments and decrements.

2.RFID Boarding and Location data Logging System over Cloud

Software Tool : MPLAB X IDE

Work Description:

Monitoring and receiving the RF tags values while showing it on the RFID Reader.

Getting GPS location by using Gps receiver.

Pushing the values to the server by using TCP/IP protocol mode.

3.GPS Vehicle Tracking System

Work Description:

Design and development of products based on microcontrollers and associated digital and analog circuits.

ARM LPC2148 microcontroller is used for high speed processing with two UARTs and one timer are used.

Lat&Lang values received by Gps receiver with external antenna and it collected to microcontroller through UART0 of the LPC2148.

SMS and Response handling are done by UART1 of the microcontroller.

Timer0 of the LPC2148 used to push the Gps data over cloud at different interval levels.
