Leading the asset team and taking team meeting for improvement the process.

Vendor Management: _

Coordinating with vendor for rental Assets hire and send back.

Process for create the PO for new Asset or any IT requirement.

Coordinate with Vendor for best quote and process for approval.

Part order and follow up with HP and Dell for all warranty related cases and trade case also.
