The company is engaged in manufacturing of Air conditioner for leading customers like Voltas, Blue star, Sharp, Whirlpool and Panasonic at its unit at Dehradun, Selaqui. The group’s turnover is approx. 1400 Cr.

Key Performance Area-

Process Quality Control by verification of BOM as per model.

Review process failure and execute continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities, accessing proposals and implementation.

Monitoring of In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities up-to their terminal inspection.

Preparation of in-house weekly, monthly reports.

Market Complaints from Customers, Incident report, CAPA, Deviation Control & Authorization, Control of non-conforming products.

Measure, analyze and control Quality performance by using available systems / tools.

Other Quality control parameter implementation as CTQ, CTP, 5S and 3R.

Responsible for all incoming material RoHS report.

Responsible for calibration all instruments .

Prepare inspection guideline for all incoming material.

Prepare and update formats used in daily basis.
