Senior Exchange Administrator responsible for maintaining the corporate exchange environment and spam/anti-virus scanning software of the mail system.
Accomplishments:
Project lead/engineer for the migration of their in house Microsoft Exchange 2007 environment to a hosted Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment.
Worked with the hosting provider staff to ensure the new server was configured per the requirement of Measured Progress.
Performed testing of email flow, OWA, Active-Sync and Auto-Discover to make sure the environment worked as expected in the mixed 2007/2010 environment.
Performed the migration of Public/System Folders and over 1000 mailboxes to the hosted environment.
Decommissioned the Exchange 2007 servers as they were no longer needed, ensuring there were no problems caused by the removal of the server.
